Be SMART to apply CAR LOANS

Financing a new car purchase requires some research.  First of all, about 70% of all new car purchases are financed. Unless you plan on paying cash for your new car, then you have to apply for a car loan. There are some things that you should be concern before apply the car loan:

1.Finalize your Financial Status
This is the first and most important step in the car buying process. You must know how much you can spend to purchase the car so thatyu don't want to get stuck making a bloated car payment which make you more trouble than ever.

From that, you need to remember that buying a car involves more than a down payment and monthly payments. A good rule of thumb is roughly 20 percent of your net income can be used for a car payment. Once you determine that figure, now you can choose the car that you afford.

2.Choose Your Beloved Car
If your monthly budget is affordable, that's mean that almost all the Malaysia manufacture car can be include into consideration. Basically, almost all the car's prices are within RM 100K.

Besides the price consideration, personal choice and comfortable will be consideration as well.If you have a family, you might consider MPV car for example ALZA.If you still a single, you might consider small unit car for example MYVI,VIVA as others. There are plenty of consideration, it is all depends on one's needs.Once you've narrowed your choices down to a couple, it's time to do some car research.

3.Ask Car Dealerships
Congratulations. You already have an idea of what kind of car you want, how much you can spend and what kind of perks you can get. But remember: Car dealers are professional negotiators and they are so professional for doing it everyday. The better you know the car, it will be advantages for you.Youremember that you are in control at all times. You have the right and ability to stand up and walk out of the office at any point and the dealer will lose the sale. Don't let a car dealer intimidate you. Be relaxed and comfortable you know all the information and that you hold all the cards. It is because you are the one who going to buy the car.

To SAVE Fuels by MAINTAIN speeds

One of the most effective method to saving fuel is drive smoothly and do not brake suddenly. It is because when you have built your speed up what you have actually done is converted your fuel into kinetic energy and if you just let the car run by taking your car out of gear and taking your foot of the accelerator, the car would slow down due to the drag of air resistance, resistance from the powertrain and gears and from road resistance.

However if you brake you are definitely destroying this kinetic energy you have built up by increasing the total resistance through the brakes. In other words can be said that you are wasting that energy and wasting the fuel you have used to gain that energy.

In order to recover for this issue is that only brake as and when you must.
Now "not braking" is a pretty difficult skill to develop especially in the highway in the Malaysia. It's only human to jump on the brakes if you see something is happening in front of you for example bumper which always exist in the coaster road and think that you are going too fast. This "no braking" skill is in fact one of the key skills to getting better fuel consumption and will contribute more than most to saving you money, because there is no doubt that the most fuel efficient way of slowing down is to let the natural resistance to your progress do it for you.

Look ahead, do not guess what's going to happen so that application of your brakes isn't required. Let the natural rolling resistance ease off the speed by forecasting the need to reduce speed. Look ahead two or three cars, looking for other cars turning or slowing.

Drive smoothly and do not drive fast and maintain the gained speed up!I am sure that you can save quite a lot in your weekly fuels money. Let's try it.

1st MPV By PRODUO -ALZA

It Is the great improvement that Malaysia had launched a new series of Multi Purpose Vehicle(MPV)-PRODUA ALZA. It is the FIRST Malaysian MPV which is launched by Perodua in the manufacturing so far after PRODUO MYVI. The target market for this Perodua Alza is mainly for average income potential buyer who needs an MPV to fit a big family numbers with low budget and monthly payment. Perodua Alza can be categorised as compact MPV 7 seater or extended version of PRODUO MYVI.For sure,it is slightly bigger and taller than Myvi.

The new elements introduced by the manufacturer is the car body color, that is classy purple and the Special Metallic colour which is really attractive and loved by young people in Malaysia.

The second elements that can be captured for the PRODUO ALZA is the simple and usefully interior finishing which can accommodate 7 passenger inside. .The interesting part for this MPV is that the 2nd row seat can be easily slide foreward and backward which depends on the one's requirement.Even at the last row (3rd row),it is still can be seated by 2 adult but with small legroom  .On the other hands, you still can put your own stuff into the boot space at the back.

There are many compartment inside the perodua Alza Cabin at the dashboard, door panel and under the seat.It is very convenient for the car users to have GO THROUGH service for the McDonalds whereby you can put your ordered coke or buggers in the pockets for all the three row in the car.For those who drive the car with the bare foot, you can put your shoes in to the under seat tray which make you comfortable to drive to your destination.

One of the main concern from the buyer is about the fuel consumption due to the high increasing for the petrol especially RON 97 which just increased 15 cents recently.Basically with 1.5 litre engine, the consumption is slightly same with a sedan car with 1.5 litre DVVT engine like Toyota Vios but it can be more fuel consuming when you fit more than 5 person inside. It is slightly around 10 km/l - 13 km/l or RM0.138 to rm0.18 per kilometer.

Based on the survey, the ALZA is the most affordable price among all the MPV car which go up to RM 90K to RM150K.The highest price for the ALZA  is go to RM75K.
